I see you've taken a liking to New Model Army. 😉 Or were you already familiar with the band before I brought them up? 🤔 Either way, cool shout out. 😎🤘 Never seen The Wraith, but it looks sick! And thanks for reminding me to get back to reading Daredevil. Read Man Without Fear, now I just have the massive tome that is the Frank Miller and Klaus Jason collection, Out, The Murdock Papers, Daredevil: Yellow, and, of course, Love and War. Also, I don't know Harlan Ellison for anything. 😅 Who is he?
Nope, you got me hooked on NMA. 100% to blame for that one lol. Harlan Ellison was a short story writer behind tales such as "I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream," the ones mentioned in the article, and the classic STAR TREK episode "City on the Edge of Forever," as well as being one of the creative backbones behind BABYLON 5 and the 80s TWILIGHT ZONE revival. An iconoclast, a madman, an utter legend.
My first exposure was the Alone Against Tomorrow collection (own it on paperback) and the sheer existential dread of discovering the "I Have No Mouth & I Must Scream" adventure game and listening to him manically perform that opening. Be warned, JMS lays the progressivism on annoyingly thick with the preface and intro, but Neil Gaiman's foreward is a delight. After that, it's all up to the narrators assembled (though I think we can trust Harlan to read his own work lol).

Looking forward to your thoughts on Greatest Hits by Harlan Ellison...I have owned a few collections of his short stories over the years.
