365 Infantry is multi-narrative digital magazine like no other. It concerns the many friends, foes, and dangers of the 365th Infantry, a fighting force for freedom waging war on A.C.E.S., a computer network gone mad with power in the last city on Earth. The series stars a cast of hellraising wolves and their magnificent machines as they take on all manner of dastardly villains and bizarre creations in a future of post-atomic anarchy and technological tyranny.
Born from classic sci-fi, film noir, westerns, and more, 365 Infantry tells of paradises lost, psychological torture schemes, gruesome frontier justice, and at the heart of it all, a war with a computerized goddess, all realized through vivid prose and striking illustrations.
The series is broken up into five “branches,” covering two serials, two episodic stories, and one anthology, covering wide cast of characters and exploring this strange anthro future through pulp thrills and thoughtful rumination. Learn more about the world in our Introduction, our magazine format in “The Stories to Be Told,” and why we do what we do in our statement of intent “Entering the Iron Age”
365 Infantry is FREE TO READ, provided you have this crazy little thing called “the Internet” that’s all the rage these days.
The five branches of the main magazine are available for free, and it is our goal to supplement its creation through sales of merchandise, as well as our paid subscription service which rewards readers through additional stories, comics, audio adventures, and more!
365 Infantry is a quarterly magazine, released seasonally with all five stories dropped at once. This affords ample time for the creation of quality art and for the necessary editing and polish demanded of the stories themselves.
Paid exclusives will be released in monthly installments, with flagship audiobook drama Alan Firedale: Desert Delinquent released alongside the main magazine, and all other exclusives (short fiction, serials, comics, etc.) released at the end of each month, with a few exceptions as explicitly stated.
365 Infantry is committed to keeping the Five Branches of the main magazine free for all, but we can’t do it alone. We need your help! And fortunately, we’ve got you covered for ways you can support the Force!
PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS: The most direct way you can join us hot-rodding, hellion warriors and keep the magazine afloat. For as little as $5/Month or $50/Year, you gain access to exclusive stories, comics, audio adventures like Alan Firedale, and more. Those who wish to go over-the-top can hit up our “General of the Armies” plan, which grants access to free eBooks and other digital goodies as they’re released. Head over to our Subscription page to find the plan that’s right for you!
MERCHANDISE: This one of the big ways we wish to be supported. Though a digital magazine we may be, we support physical media all the way. We have our 2022 Annual Collection available on both Amazon and Lulu in paperback and eBook form. As the name suggests, this will be a yearly gathering of stories (plus bonus content!) that you can bring home to your shelves. We also have merch stores on Redbubble and TeePublic that provide quality print-on-demand goods such as clothing, mugs, posters, and more! If you got the cash, these are terrific ways to get yourself something killer to rock in the real world and help us and our artists. Music for the series like the Alan Firedale Soundtrack will be housed on Bandcamp.
DONATIONS: The simplest way you can help us. My core tenant throughout all of this has remained the same: if every reader gave us just 25 cents ($0.25 USD), those quarters alone would be enough to justify this series’ existence. And with my personal PayPal.Me link, that’s a something you can certainly make good on. We also have had great success with Ko-fi as a way to raise funds for basic production costs like art. We set goals that we encourage tippers to help us meet. If you can only make a one-time contribution, these are the ways to do it.
At any rate, if you feel at all compelled to support our work here at 365, we all thank you from the bottom of our hearts. May God bless you and this Force. See you on the Front Lines, Soldier!
